President's Message
Thank you for visiting the Triangle Recreational Vehicle Club Website. Welcome; I hope our
site is both informative and gives you a sense of great family, friends, togetherness, and fun.
The Triangle RV Club was founded in 1990 and is a 501(c)(7) non-profit. Our membership does
not discriminate based on race, sex, religion or national origin.
My wife, Pamelia and I have been RVing since 2017 and members since 2018 and truly enjoy being an active part of our newfound RV family. Our club has many different RV Vehicles which include Class A, Campers, 5th Wheel, Class C, and toy haulers.
I was elected president of the club in January 2026, and indeed it is an honor to serve such great members. We have a great club where our members, their families and friends are valued and we truly support each other. Our RV outings are scheduled yearly and members select what outing interest them.
Just a few of many things I like about our RV organization is the fantastic outings we have together, maintenance classes, line dance class, music, seeing great friends, great food, and camaraderie. Again, members are free to choose what events they want to attend. The club tries to schedule outings almost every month in different locations that appeals to our members. Pamelia and I enjoy the annual Christmas celebration that the club holds each year.
The Triangle RVers are chartered by the National African American Recreation Vehicle Association (NAARVA), and in order to be a member of the Triangle RVers each member is required to be a member of NAARVA. is the first chartered RV association for minorities in the United States. NAARVA, which is headquarted in Charlotte, N.C., is divided into four geographic regions of the US (Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western). We are are members of the NAARVA Eastern region, and there are two chapters of Eastern region in North Carolina, The Triangle RVers in North Carolina and the Innovators of South Carolina.
Our Mission is to:
-
Bring recreational vehicle owners together.
-
Promote Wholesome Fellowship, fun, and safe recreation.

Unite as one and to share camping experiences.
-
